At Cherubs, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of the children from Hyderabad, India.
As a team of individuals who come from the same neighbourhood, we serve and understand firsthand challenges and needs of our community. This unique perspective allows us to provide targeted and effective assistance to those in need.
Economic empowerment:
We providing training and resources to help women start their own businesses or improve their financial literacy skills.
Education:
Offering classes or workshops to help children learn new skills or improve their existing knowledge and expertise.
Leadership development:
Offering leadership training and mentorship programs to develop their leadership skills and confidence.
Advocacy:
Working to raise awareness about issues affecting women, such as domestic violence, pay inequality, and reproductive rights, and advocating for change on these issues.
Helping WOMEN discover the world
CHERUB'S mission is to equip and resource women with knowledge and skills so that they can excel as professionals, entrepreneurs and earn a livelihood with dignity in jobs and markets that had traditionally been closed for them.
Our Recent Projects
Health care: Providing access to health services, such as prenatal care, and reproductive health care, to underserved women and children.
Community development: Working with local communities to address issues such as poverty, access to education, and access to clean water and sanitation.
International development: Supporting projects in developing countries that empower women and girls through education, economic development, and other means.

People can support our NGO in many ways.
Donations and resources to help provide nutritious meals and educational materials will allow us to continue our mission of helping the children at CHERUBS.
If you have time to spare, you can also volunteer to tutor our students after school and provide them with valuable academic support.

Who are WE?
Cherubs Educational Trust was founded 10 years ago by Jawahar Kennedy & Abhilasha Karnati with a mission that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead a happy, healthy life. Coming from the same neighbourhood, we therefore know the challenges our children are facing on a daily basis and have tailored our activities to suit these issues. At CHERUBS, we provide a safe and secure environment. Our team consists of 4 tutors, 5 supporting employees in different roles and around 10 volunteers who come in and join us in supporting the students on a regular basis.

To achieve this goal, we offer a range of programs and services focused on education, health, and overall well-being. These include after-school tutoring, summer camps, health clinics, and community development projects.
Our team is made up of passionate professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of children. We work closely with local communities and partners to ensure that our efforts are sustainable and have a lasting impact.
Future Projects
We are always looking for ways to make a bigger difference in the lives of those around us. One of our main goals for the future is to expand our development center to a bigger space. This will allow us to tutor more children, prepare more tasty meals and reach even more people in our community. Simultaniously we want to increase our transparency and reach more people so that we can provide assistance to even more children in need.
